Printing on Old Book Pages
I'm certainly not the first, or only, person to come up with this idea. Check out this cool artwork, seen on Ruffles and Stuff and available via this etsy shop:

Well, I needed some new artwork for my son's bedroom - we're doing a Science & Nature theme - and thought this idea would work well. And here are the 4 new prints, ready to be hung on the wall:

I used old dictionary pages (thrifted, of course) to print on and found my images on this website - Vintage Printable - which has tons of great images. **Word of Warning - it's not the easiest website to navigate and I never did get the thumbnail images to load so I had to just scroll through using the Prev and Next buttons. But if you have a little patience, it's a treasure chest of vintage images. And they're FREE!**

I'm on Pinterest!
I finally decided to stop lurking and just sign up for an account. And I have to say, I am loving it. What a great way to organize all of the cool things that I find on the internet. So now I'm working my way through the hundreds (literally, hundreds) of bookmarks that I have - previously organized in absolutely no way. I've re-discovered things that I bookmarked a long time ago!
If you want to check out my boards, you can see them HERE.
And since, I can't have a post without pictures, here's a little peak at some of my "pins":
I really need to make myself one of these - see here
beautiful wreath idea to try
Friendship Bracelet tutorial - I remember making these as a kid!

Thank You
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all who have expressed your condolences, thoughts, and prayers on the loss of my niece, Miranda. It has been very hard for my family, but most especially for my brother and sister-in-law who lost a darling baby girl. Your support really does help in this tough time. Thank You. - Jennifer

On the Go
You may have noticed that I've been MIA for a few days. We've had family in town and have been on the go pretty much non-stop - doesn't leave much time for crafting or blogging. Here's a little of what we've been up to:
