Hummus, Two Ways

To make both of these I started with this basic hummus recipe:

1 can garbanzo beans, drained
3 tbsp. lemon juice
olive oil
 salt & pepper

Blend in a food processor.

For Avocado Hummus, add 2 ripe avocados and process.
The lemon juice in the hummus will also keep the avocado from turning your hummus brown.

For Spinach Hummus,  add 1 bunch of fresh spinach and process.

That's all there is to it - 2 easy,delicious, and healthy ways to enjoy your hummus!
